The philosophy of education, is the application of the meaning and method of philosophy in order to clarify the issues and problems in education Audi, R. , (Ed.) (1995)

         It determines the aims of education, philosophy in education provides the original ideas regarding all aspects of education particularly education aims , it’s said that educational philosophy gives different views but this situational is not harmful rather than it help in providing education according to the needs of the society
       To provide the educational planners , Administrators and educators , with the progressive vision to achieve educational development Spencer has rightly pointed that only a true philosopher can give a practical shape to education , philosophy of education provides the educational planners administrators and educators with the right vision which guides them to attain the educational goals efficiently
          It helps to identify deception, its known that many religious are wrong and use manipulative techniques similar to cults we know advertising agencies, propaganda and politician try to deceive people because they are often successful at doing so there is a bad science that can’t be trusted so ones we learn the difference we will be able to identify deception avoid deception and help other
         Philosophy prepare the young generation , this help to face the challenges of the modern time philosophy of education is a guiding steering liberating force that helps the young people to aid the society at large to face the challenges of the modern society
            Harmonizing the old and new traditions in the field of education, in the process of social development the old tradition became outdated for the people they are replaced by the new tradition, but this process of replacement is not always smooth its faced with lots of opposition from a certain orthodox section of the society at the same it must be kept in mind that every old is not outdated and every new is not perfects
         Philosophy offers the knowledge , philosophy has offered us the knowledge necessary in order to understand the formal logic develop natural science , discover highly placesible beliefs concerning morality and more even the highly speculative areas of philosophy
