Education is an instrument of making someone to be aware on how to overcome all obstacles facing society economically, politically and socially hence should provide education which is useful from surrounding.
Pre primary Educational system in Tanzania should be free especially in preliminary level where by children should enrolled in kindergarten when reaches four or five years and have final exam having with qualification entry where by children should achieve these grade to proceed with primary education, likewise these children should learn both English language, Kiswahili and mathematics also they have to practices what they learning by doing tat can help to identify the talent or desire of everyone for instance doctors, engineers or rulers.
Primary education, here the number of classes to be seven apart from two years of kindergarten where by pupils are enrolled in standard one when passed kindergarten exam and reaches at least seven years and develop into standard two, standard three, standard four, standard five , standard six and standard seven in primary education students  must specialized according to their ability where as some students to study science subjects and mathematics who can be an engineers, doctors or researchers and in arts subject such as history, geography, English and economic prepared to be leaders and works in other department when students classified it help to get prominent experts since they relevant education basing to their class example by evolving scientific experiment and practice to all taking arts example rulers.
Secondary education, here have to be with five classes it means form one, form two, form three, form four and form five where by all students qualified to join form one when reach s form three they to have passing exam which have qualification entry to form four and final exams to in form five and all passed with high grade have to join in university and who have credit to join in training in secondary  continued with specialized students I mean who  have studying science subject such as biology, chemistry, physics and mathematics and who studying arts subject like history, literature, geography, civics and Kiswahili .
Training institution and University here students have to study four or five years whereby given appropriate method of working effectively for good outcomes this can be done by taking the students to field of work for more practices and should assessed if they are yet experts to be enrolled in related department.
 Evaluation hence students should specialized according to their concern of his/her interest like science or arts and teacher should provide them related materials and to be assessed through test and examination by doing this students they certified according to their score or grade
