Development assessment
a)      Teacher will assess students in studies use written examination practical and theory
b)      Teacher does not need long and complex assessment.
c)      Teacher should to assess students with their equivalent measure.
Evaluate effectectiveness
a)      Teacher allow students make option comments to your training and teaching
b)      Teacher makes sure you take changes to the aspects that did not go as smoothly in course trainings
