According to thedictionary defines marriage as the legal union of a man and woman as husband and wife Honrnby (2010). The definition of marriage can be looked at from a legal perspective. A legal dictionary defines marriage as the state of being united to a person of the opposite sex as husband or wife in a legal, consensual, and contractual relationship recognized and sanctioned by and dissolvable only by law. Legally, marriage is a binding contract between the two parties that joins together their possessions, income, and lives.

Marriage, according to the Hindu Law, is a body for the performance of religious duties. It is deemed as a holy union in Hindu Law. It is also considered to be an union of flesh and flesh and blood and blood. It is a religious sacrament and not a civil contract.

Marriage, according to the Muslim law, Quran states every person must marry. Quran asserts that marriage is the only way to satisfy one’s desire. Marriage (nikha) is defined to be a contract which has for its object the procreation and the legalizing of children.

Marriage is a union between two persons who are in love and therefore it should not be limited to just heterosexuals. Gay people are human too and they therefore have the right to do what they want. So their right to marry who they want should not be taken from them.

Also due to lack of ethical fundamental principles now days people strong belief that right to be in the same sex marriage without knowing that it is illegal, they wish the label not for any purpose but to gain legitimacy.

Violetion of mariage steps, now days most of marriage does not follow the important steps to make a mariage like courtship, paying of Bride price, lack of full participation of parents to prepare marriage for their young

The exstance of heavy cheating, most of now days couple members they are not trustful to their lovers this means there is no commitments among themselves becouse marriages needed commitments

Low life span of the mariage means most of marriages are early Brocken than before this is because The exstence of homo sexual this means there is no seleousness on this normally mereage is for two deferent sex

Irresponsibility of among mariage members, most of couple members they do not fullfill their responsibty to their mariage either without no or purposely and this lead to the increaas of streat childrean

Money problems Problems can arise when it comes to money if husband and wife have different value bases, for instance, if one person likes spending money freely and the other is more frugal and prefers saving here you will discover that marriage is fashion because most couple needs money  than sharing their true love.

 Affairs If one person is having an affair, this is likely to break down trust and lead to difficulties in establishing honesty in a relationship. Affairs in the marriage is difficult because couple think for fashion in having many relationship and not one partner

Differences in sexual libido It is a stereotype but not far off the mark. Many men want more sex than women and if couples have different levels of sexual libido this will lead to problems in the relationship. When it come in issues of sexual behavior here it show that marriage is fashion because people think for sexual instead of marriage.

Privacy problems Another problem can be when one person has a different view of what should be kept within the relationship If one person shares all the intimate details of the relationship with their friends or over Facebook, this can be an increasingly difficult thing to manage.

Bush understands the necessity of marriage and has said he will support an amendment to the Constitution that defends marriage against the threats from the cultural breakdown. Marriage must remain the standard for family life in the society
