INTRODUCTION
TITLE: Establishment of students SACCOS at Stella Maris University College (STEMMUCO)
The proposed project is students consumer SACCOSS which will be established at Stella Maris Mtwara University College (STEMMUCO). The Constitute College of St. Augustine of Tanzania. This project focuses to look the objectives, importance and the constraints or problems that face the project. A good project planning can be characterized with different characteristics as follows;
 Optimization of the allocated necessary inputs and their application to meeting the projects’ pre-defined objectives is a matter where as always space for improvement. All processes and procedures can be reformed and upgraded o enhance the sustainability of a project and lead the team through the strategic change process
Production f complete project which follows the client’s exclusive needs and objectives, this might mean that you need to shape and reform the client’s vision to negotiate with them as regards the project’s objectives, to modify them into feasible goals. Once the client’s expectations and keeping them happy not only leads to a successful collaboration which might help to eliminate surprises during the project execution, but also ensures the sustainability of your professionalism status in the future
The achievement of the project’s main goal within the given constraints, the most important constraints are, scope in that the main goal of the project is completed within the estimated, time while being of the expected, quality and within the estimated, budget staying within the agreed limitations always feeds back into the measurement of a project’s performance and succes

-The project focused on the students consumer SACCOS which will be established at Stella Maris Mtwara University College (STEMMUCO)

-The project is expected to run in many years as planned. Thereafter, the SACCOS will run depending on its own resources

-It targets to the majority students and staff as well as non-staff members who lack necessary goods and services during developing their academic careers and their jobs.

-The evidence of the project is through the feasibility study conducted whereby majority of the students  accept the project idea since it will increase their savings, getting the required goods and services at minimum prices hence reduces the wastage of time which was spent for going town as well as help the students to afford their basic needs especially when they are run out of credit .These needs includes food, stationary services as well as tuition fees

-The project will help the STEMMUCO community to have awareness creation, assess fund rising, hiring the services providers, providing affordable services and payment of tuition fee at specific period as well as saving time, students will be able to manage field study expenses on their own and attain academic excellence to both students and staff members

CONCLUSION
The number of SACCOS project will be implemented by the board selected beginning from steering committee members whereby project coordinator will play a role to organize areas of strategy such as administration and finance. The implementation also will be made up with representatives from all departments in social science campus and four representatives from students’ government based on gender equality. Hence this project tend to look the importance, objectives, the constraints and the mitigation measures that can be associated with the project, but also this project tend to make people aware towards the importance the project, therefore the members of the community should work on the project planning in order to improve the living standard of people
