how does the society of Tanzania implement the principle of Social Justice?

TASK, how does the society of Tanzania implement the principle of Social Justice?
 SOCIAL JUSTICE
Social justice is a concept of fair and just relations between individual and society. Social justice assign right and duties in the institution of social which enable people to receive the basic benefits and burdens of cooperation. Social justice demand to create laws and social norms so as to maintain peace and security to each other and freedom of right. Also go against exploitation, subjugation, oppression, humiliation and discrimination. Everyone has to have equal right and equal opportunities. Social justice is a political and philosophical concept which holds that all people should have equal access to wealth, health, well-being, Justices and opportunity. Social Justice is a broad concept that is not limited to any specific religious or political movement.
Tanzanian society implement the principle of social Justice through constitution principles. Now let us take our look on the meaning of constitution. According to Oxford dictionary constitution is a body of fundamental principles or established precedents according to which a state or other organization is acknowledged to be governed. It is sometimes referred to as country fundamental or basic law ,and has supremacy over all other laws. Founding principles of the constitution can be described as those values that citizens commit themselves to their adherence. They are foundation of the constitution and they reflect the manner in which the people desire to be governed
                                                  Rule of law
Our current constitution, The constitution of United Republic of Tanzania 1977 States that public officers owe a duty to everyone in Tanzania to observe and uphold the rule of law. This means that people's rights and obligations must be determined by laws rather than by individuals or groups of individuals exercising an arbitrary discretion. The public officers mentioned above are ministers, police officers, deputy ministers, Member of Parliament and other Government officials.
                                          Declaration of Bill of Rights
The recognition of Bill of Rights in Tanzania 1984, when the Fifth constitutional Amendments for the first time introduced fundamental rights both for the Union and Zanzibar constitution now contain fundamental rights. It is logic to say that respect for fundamental or human rights is an important principle of constitution which maintain social justice. Under part III of the constitution of the United Republic of Tanzania it is other side of power ,it place limits on the exercise of power and it is where we say that citizens has a right to freedom ,another person or institution or state does not have power to detain the citizens.
                                              Sovereignty of the people
In Tanzania sovereignty resides in the people. In other words the source of power or authority is the people. Article 8 ,sub article(1)paragraph (a) of the Union constitution and article 9 ,sub article (2) paragraph (a) of the Zanzibar constitution ,1984 ,both provide that sovereignty resides in the people and that the state its organs derive their authority from the people. This ensure that the leaders who runs the Government must be elected by the citizens from their own will and when the leaders try to work of the interest of the citizens ,the citizens are able to perish them after a period of 5 years.
                                                Representative Parliament
In Tanzania we have representative body with the duty to make laws and supervise the Government ,as our country follow Democratic principles the representative body must be elected by the citizens themselves on the behalf of them to represent their own interests. It is also clear that the people should be able to remove their representatives when they feel that the representatives no longer represents their interests.
                                                 Independence of Judiciary
The Tanzania constitution from 1961 have always provided for independence of the Judiciary of their preambles. For the first time through in the 13 the amendment of the Union constitution passed in 2000 an express article was added stipulating in every clear terms the independence of the judiciary. It emphasizes that the Judiciary has the exclusive power to dispense justice and that it shall do so without being directed by any other body including the Parliament or the House of representatives. It is the body to which the citizen who feels wronged or aggrieved can resort to. For the Judiciary to be trusted and accepted by the people ,that is to have legitimacy Judiciary organs must be able to carry out their function without fear or favor ,impartially and they should be seen to be impartial. Article 107A(1) and (2) ,article 107B of the constitution of United Republic of Tanzania explain the independence of Judiciary.
                                        Separation of powers
The constitution of United Republic of Tanzania recognizes separation of powers among three organs of the Government which are legislature, executive judiciary. Separation of power ensure checks on each other there by balancing it where executive with the duty of running the state cannot be interacted ,the duty of supervising and making laws on the behalf of the citizens cannot be interfered and the duty of judiciary to interpret laws and to give Justice cannot be interfered.
                                       Nationalization of natural resources
In Tanzania natural resources such as forest, national parks, Game reserves, minerals and land are in the hand of the Government, this enables all citizens together to possess all natural resources of the country in trust for their descendants. The Government is obliged to intervene actively in the economic life of the nation so as to ensure the well-being of all citizens.
Although Tanzania has undergone impressive political and economic developments and improvements in social welfare in recent years. However, the country continues to face considerable development challenges. Not least in essential areas such as economic distribution, population growth, corruption and a stronger division between party and state. At the same time, new opportunities, are arising which have a potential to become decision for the necessary changes and reforms. Tanzania has commitment on the implementation of social Justice but still with some challenges for implementation of these principles which are
Population Growth; In Tanzania the number of people is at large extent where now we are estimated to be 55-60 millions. This sometimes make difficult for the Government to implement its policy in favor of all citizens in the country, for example the supply of water, electricity and medical service or health service.
Inadequacy of natural resources; the natural resources in Tanzania are not enough to make all citizens live a normal life as a result we have ended in classes where we have rich and poor because resources ,lakes ,forest are not enough to provide equal share for all people compared to the number of people.
Natural calamities; this also is the challenge under the implementation of social justice principle ,example of natural resources are floods ,famine ,droughts ,climatic changes and disease such as Malaria ,HIV/AIDS ,Dengue and Typhoid.
Poverty; many Tanzanians are in the cycle of poverty because most of Tanzanians cannot afford the basic necessities of life, for example food, shelter and clothes. Tanzanians do not get enough meals as it is required for human being, do not possess good house especially in the village where people live in poorhouses.
Unemployment ;Most of Tanzanians are job less ,the do not go at work because of the lack of investment areas ,lack of education ,low level of science and technology ,poor implementation of Government policies and laziness of the new generation which is not is not sensitive at work but only to loiter in the street and engaging in unproductive activities like use of drugs and robbery.
In conclusion; Social Justice Principle is the one of the principle which had come with a lot of success in many states including Europe, African and world as whole. Since the philosophers were introduced this principle they succeeded to bring many changes in the world ,example existence of democracy ,equality ,liberty ,freedom and other wonderful things which maintain justice.
