Labeling;
1(a) According to ( Webster New World Dictionary ) 1986 page 785it defined label as follows;
Label is a descriptive world or phrase applied to a person, group, and theory as a convenient generalized classification
Labeling; this refers to a placing a students in a special education under a specific eligibilities category. Labeling obvious stick out to classify different of special need group such as learning disabilities, multiple disabilities, mental retardation, emotion and behavioral disorders
(b) Most of the scholars such as (Greshm lambo) revealed that the issue of labeling it is a complex issue which involving emotional, political and ethical considerations addition to the scientific such as fiscal and educational interest (Luckason & Reere ,2010).As with most complex issues there are valid prospective on both sides of the labeling as possibly there some benefits of labeling as follows;
Labels enable disability specific advocacy groups example parent of children with autism to promote specific program that is very special to autism spur legislative action
Labeling help[s professional communicate with one another and classify and evaluate research finding in most case labeling simplified comucation way between professionals teachers with student children due to the indicators symbols that indicate direct hand capes/ disabilities
Labeling my lead to a protective response in which children are more accepting of the typical behavior of peer with the disabilities than they would be if that same behavior emitted by a child without disabilities.
Label helps make exceptional children’s special need more visible to policy makers and the public. This is due to the labels symbols that student’s children indicated place.
It enable the disabilities children to have own individualized education plan(IEP). This plan allow them to receive instruction at current level of functioning provides thems accommodation and special designed instruction and creates goals and objective to them.
Also enables the student to receive aids/helps in order to remediate their problem for example of the student has been identified as having learning disabilities the instruction can be specifically geared at a suitable level.
Labeling in most cases has possibly negative perception to those respectively groups or disabilities as follows;
Label obvious focus on disability, impermanent and performance deficit s some people may think only inter most what the individual can not do insteal of what he or she can or might be to learn to do.
Labels may stigmatize the child and lead peers to reject or ridicule the labeled child. This is due to the fact that not all the label to classify children with disabilities are considered equality negative.
Label may cause other to hold low expectations for and to differentially treat child on the basis of the label which may result in a selfulffing prophecy fore example in one study student teacher gave a child and loss verbal correction for incorrect response than they gave a child labeled normal.
Label that describe a Childs performance deficit often immediately acquire the role of explanatory construct( eg sherry act that way because she is emotionally disturbed).
Also classifying exceptional children requires the expenditure of the great amount of money and professional teacher and student time that might be better spent in planning and delivering instruction (chaikind ,Daniel son & Braven 1993
Labels may suggest that learning problem s are primary the result of something wrong within the child ,thereby decreasing the systematic examination of and accountability for the instructional variables the cause of performance deficits this is particularly damaging out come when the labels provides educators with built in excuse for infective instruction .
Labels may provide a bases tendency of keeping children out of the regular classroom loise of been separated from the regular classroom or from normal students /children
Therefore inspite of having prons and cons of the using disabilities category labels have been widely debated for several decades neither conceptual argument nor research has produced a conclusive case for the total acceptance rejection of labeling practice

It allow the students to share education experiences that taking place in a settings predominantly frequented by the people without disabilities (eg general education classroom community work sites.
All students learn by using being together, this is due to the fact that the philosopher of inclusive education is aimed at helping all children at the their own pace and style within the nurturing learning environment
Therefore at it is core inclusive education is a set of values, principles and practice that seeks more effective and meaningful education for students regardless whether have exceptionality label or not.
