TASK; Discuss how the school system in Tanzania diminished the desire for the knowledge and goodness.

INTRODUCTION
School, is an institution that has been established by the society to promote knowledge and values in a systematic manner
Is an educational institution design to provide learning spaces and learning environment for teaching of students or pupils under the direction of teachers   (Ganesh 2006).
School system, defined as all the schools and support services under the jurisdiction of board of education (Your dictionary.com, 2019).Therefore it is true that the school system in Tanzania does not good at all because diminished the desire for the knowledge and goodness, and this can be elaborated by the following ways on how the school system in Tanzania diminished the desire for the knowledge and goodness
School time table, the arrangement of time table of school in Tanzania diminished the desire for student to get knowledge, in the sense that the time table arranged by school due to influence of government discourage student to study more, you will find that the day time table started from early morning and end during afternoon, so student become tired when back to their home and fail even to conduct self-study therefore on that fact it discourage student to have desire for knowledge and goodness due to complicated school time table (Chediel, 2010).
Curriculum, is a planned document through which the value of a given society is transmitted in a school setting, curriculum also is the one among of factor which is within the school system in Tanzania diminished desire for knowledge and goodness, means the curriculum of Tanzania does not state clear the need of the student and also not relevant to student needs and environment, it is difficult to the children who come from pastoralist society to study under the influence of industrial society in that sense that student will not get what she or he need due to curriculum is differ from his origin society and that reduce the desire of knowledge and goodness. In such example of Tanzania School system the curriculum is not relevant to the Tanzania society thus why it diminished the desire for the knowledge and goodness (Chediel, 2010).
Punishment, even though is the one among of the way to make student to have moral conduct but this situation tend to be one among of cause for diminished the desire for the knowledge and goodness. The allowance of punishment to student make them to hate school, and most of this punishment is too harsh to student and sometime some of teacher go far in case of punishment and led to death to student and an example occur in last year 2018 when teacher punish student until death, so in that case make other student to fear school and even to hate school in turn discourage them to have new knowledge and goodness when decided to quit school, due to punishment influence by school system (Marie Yahl, 2015).
Examination system, the system of examination established by school system in Tanzania have much influence toward the diminished of desire for knowledge and goodness, in the sense that the format of examination in Tanzania does not prepared student to have and to get new knowledge and goodness, but the examination in Tanzania introduce in order to make student to have good pass and marks and not consider if he or she have knowledge or not but it regard when student get ‘‘A’’ have a knowledge but in reality not. Therefore the examination itself does not prepared student to have knowledge and goodness but diminished them (Marie Yahl, 2015).
Lack of school infrastructures, most of the government school in Tanzania have this problem ,means there are no infrastructures facilities for student to get knowledge and goodness like books, electricity,  desk, chairs and table, you will find that student have no chair or table to sit and study or write notes instead they two or more than two in one chair or desk, other sit on the floor so in that case it is difficult to them to get knowledge easy until these infrastructures modified and be enough in school will lead to knowledge attainment and goodness but in our real Tanzania school system this facilities not available well hence lead to diminished the desire for the knowledge and goodness (Marie Yahl, 2015).
Conclusion
Generally, good school system is the one which determine, make and influence the desire for the knowledge and goodness through remove those threat to student and prepare good environment of get knowledge and goodness like prepared good school time table and calendar, set relevant curriculum according to society need and also reduce heavy punishment to student, in doing that the school system in Tanzania will be in good position of influence the desire for the knowledge and goodness.
