The Arusha


INTRODUCTION
PART ONE
The Arusha  which  was passed  on January  29 ,1997,summarized  commitment  to  socialism  and significant  role  that  it was  to role  that it was  to play  in the  country  development  ,the document  was  originally  written  by  Julius  k . Nyerere  who  saved  as first  president  of Tanzania  between 1964  and  1895  being  are equal
On  February 5,1967  Tanzania  president Juilias  Nyerere  announced  the Arusha  Declaration  outing the principle  of  Ujamaa  which  he  called  Africa socialism.
This part discuss about the policy of tanu on the build a socialist state .In  the  Arusha of 1967 as  among  the important  issue  which  was discussed  was the policy  Tanu in socialist. The deceleration was choose the socialist policy as the model  of people to be  living  as one community .hence  the  socialist  state  all member in the  community  are  equal  for remove the classes  that may  kind un development  among  the  community ,second also socialist  state every  individual  have  a right  to  respect  by other  thee main  point   have is to  have  the community  which  have dignity  ,compare  to  which  one  was lived in colonial period .
Also emphasized  the issue just   of the labor ,here  means  that  every  individual  have  a right  to receive  a just  return  form  his  labor .In addition  the   policy of  socialism  wanted  people or communality to  work  together  in the  aim  of  improve  production  activities  especially agriculture which push the economic  sector to grow
 Also  the aim  of Tanu  in this  policy  was  to make  sure the county and his  people  freedom ,also  to ensure  the county  is  government  by democratic  sociality  government  of the  people  another  or aim  was  to  nationalize  all major means of production  for the purpose  for  every  one  have the right  and feed for use it 
 This  part  was aim  through Tan    to use  the policy  of socialism  to  build  the socialist  state for make  people  have freedom, good  politics (democracy ) etc


PART TWO
The part two of the Arusha declaration was the policy of socialism
 In this part  emphasis  ma  thing  but  the  main  concept  here is  to know  that “there is no true  without  true  democracy. The succefull implementation of socialist objective depend very  upon  the leader  because socialism is a belief in  a particular system  living and it is  difficult  for  leader to promote its grow the  if the leader  may  accepts and belief on socialism  there was  no exploitation  among  in the  societies  also  there  are existence  of  time  and  strong  democracy This  party  generally  emphasize  on the    time  democracy  depend  on the belie  the leader  become  socialist  is the  belief

  The part  three  of the Arusha  declarations  was  the policy  of  self  reliance  in  this  part  declarations  themselves  wanted  people  to work  and not  depend  on others or  external  aid  and  do not  let  us  depend  upon  money  for  development  means  as the major  instrument  of development  when  we  know  only  too  well  that  our  country  is poor
 Also  gifts  and loans  will  end anger  our  independence  means  that  if it  were possible  for  us  to get  enough money  for  our need  from  external   source  is  this that  we  really  want  independence  means  self reliance. Generally to add more his part emphasis much  on the  people   depend  ourselves  In term  of economic  because  we  have  our  nature  resource ,politically  to  have our  own politics  without  enter feared  other  and  to  socialist  policy ,Mw Nyereree  emphasize  agriculture  is a back  born of  Tanzania  a economic. 
CONCLUSION
 In general Arusha  declaration  was help  to establish pillirization  on policy  which enabled  to blind  people together  to produce for  consumption of  the  community at large again  it was successfully bring  unity  and solidarity  through  burred  through  burred  the seed of tribalism  and regions in Tanzania .
