Concept  of face  of  as derived  in  politeness theory  just  conserving  that a person  tend  to protect  their  face  in the communication process  which deviate  clear communication  due  to use  strategies example  demonstration  of sympathy or  apologizing.
 Therefore people and can have ability to use   interactive strategies depending on communicative situation. therefore due to use  such  strategies  depending  situation on  communication situation  a person  can be  capable  of making  good impression  and provide  good  emerge  and  expanding  his / her space  of  knowledge  by Holmes J (2006) .
Hence  through  the face theory help  to understand  what  someone need  or  appreciate  because ,this  theory  express and evaluative  situation  that is  perceived   by  other  as  reflect  of  the  image  people  to other  person   or  a vision of the  person  face  example   lecture  to the  student  who  use  the  lecturing  appropriated  to some  with  the  face  of  lecture .
  Face of politeness theory can have a negative impact example Can  make  one  of   either speaker  or  the  hearing  and  make  one  freedom  of choice  and  submit  their will impended when negative face is threatened but  also  in  the  case  of position  can show  situation like  apologizing  interest  of  or someone as long  sympathy .therefore politeness  theory  provide  image  or  picture  to the  hearer  in  the  communication by looking  to his  or her original  face  example  some  have  hungry  or  happy  can  identify  or describe  him
Also politeness theory B it based on the pragmatic approach this mean based meaning on a context through the action
