madman

A madman is a person who is exhibited with disordered mind, not sane or deraged in mind, delirious, distracted. A murder done by a madman will bring us to the conclusion towards the statement that states " There are crimes without victims and crimes without crimals".
People with serious mental illness are at a substantial or high disadvantage in defending themselves when they face crimal charges, and those difficulties are compounded when the charges are so serious that the death penalty is desired or in demand. As a result, people with mental illness are at highest risk of losing their lives to unfair and characterized application of death penalty.
Therefore when a person kills or is a party of the killing another, he shall not be convicted of murder if he was suffering from abnormality of mind because he is incapable of understanding what he was doing or he is incapable of knowing that what was doing was wrong.
A madman will not be considered as a crimal due to the following aspects that he lacks;
(a). Rehabilitation; This is a state of good condition or operation.
(b). Deterrence; This is the diminishing ability to process information to learn from experience, to engage in logical reasoning or to control impulses unlikely they are unable to make calculated judgments.
(c). Retribution; This is the act of correcting for your wrong doing.
Generally the murder done by a madman is a crime without crimal because the madman doesn't have the ability to understand and reason the good and bad acts that he does hence considered disabled therefore renamed innocent.
