WAYS OF REMOVING THE GAP BETWEEN SCHOOL AND SOCIETY AT LARGE IN TANZANIA.
INTRODUCTION
School refers to the place where learning
and teaching that take place in the formal environment. Society refers to the group
of people who live together where by sharing common language, culture and history.
In the society there is a gap between society and school because some of parents
do not participate Wells in care their children in their school work. So it cause
gap between societies and school at large in Tanzania. In our society education
is very important thing for our daily life to be successful. So education should
to improve in the society at large in Tanzania. There are three types of education,
that is formal, informal and non formal education. The objective of the education
is to prepare a youth for their individual life, to remove the ignorance in the
society.
WAYS
OF REMOVING THE GAP BETWEEN SCHOOL AND SOCIETY AT LARGE IN TANZANIA.
Academic
language, refers to the oral, written, auditory and visual language
proficiency required to learn effectively in school and academic programs, it's the language used in classroom reasons, books, tests and assignments.
its the language that students are expected
to learn and achieve fluency in frequency contrasted with conversational or social language, academic language includes
a variety formal language skills such vocabulary grammar punctuation syntax, discipline,
specific terminology or rhetorical conventions
that allow students to acquire knowledge and academic skills while also successful
navigation school policies assignment expectations and cultural norms. Even thought
student May be highly intelligent and capable example they may still struggle in
a school setting if they have not yet mastered certain terms and concept or learned
how to express themselves and their ideas in expected ways.
Effective
establish school board, school board help to meet for anytime between teacher and
parents, therefore it causes to discuss various issue concern
school and society. Due to make various meet in different time with talk about school
issues that can help to remove the gap between school and society at Large in Tanzania.
Parents
motivation beliefs, In order to remove gap the parents should
be motivated on how to treat their children example to inspect the exercise book
of their children and to teach their children how to complete their home work that
given from school. Hence these lead to remove
the gap between school and society at large in Tanzania.
Classroom
management refers to the wide variety of skills and technique that
teachers use to keep students organized orderly focused, attentive, on task, and
execute d effectively. Teachers minimize the behaviors that impede learning for
both individual students and groups of students, while maximizing the behaviors
that facilitate or enhance learning. Generally speaking effective teachers tend
to display strong classroom management, skills, while the Hall mark of the inexperienced
or less effective teacher is a disorderly classroom filled with students who are
not working or paying attention. While a limited or more traditional interpretation
of effective classroom Management my focus largely on compliance. Rules and strategies
that teachers may use to make sure students are setting in their seats.
Following direction listening attentively more encompassing or update view of classroom
management extends to everything that teachers may do facilitate or improve student
learning which would such factors, the respectful and fair treatment of students.
CONCLUSION
School is very important thing because it provides education
that used to educate people on how to learn our environment. Also education is important
for every person in the society because help to live well in the society, also education
is the key of development and life. Therefore I advise the government to involve
well in the process of provide education in all levels so that everyone should to
get good education in order to successful in the life.
