School is an institution for educating children or a group of people particularly writers, artists, or philosophers sharing the same or similar ideas, methods, or style. Society is the aggregate of people living together in a more or less ordering community.
There is lot of way for removing the gap between the school and the society at large in Tanzania is, these include the following:
Education with productive work ,refers to any kind of socially or economically useful activities that student undertake ranging from their own self services, in order to maintenance  of their own living quarters to community services as in the case of participating in village development projects and voluntary work with a surrounding community, According to nyerere philosopher explain the education provided should be within to the societies so that enable to removing gap on solving problem occurrence to the societies .education with production based on socialist ideology in Tanzania was supposed to make the school communities the strong base of work ethics.
School should be relevance of the education to the community (societies),is that kind of education whose content and method are connected in some ways with the needs and aspirations of the society in which it occurs. it is notion  that refers to and implies utility of the kind of students activities that should facilitate the integration of their school with the community. Also activities under takes by the students were expected to be relevant  to their communities, it is significant to note that ESR and subsequent attempts to implement it placed emphasis on establishing  meaningful working relations particularly between primary schools and the  and the communities around them .According to nyerere.
School also there is collapse of traditional values, in the past the family and societies functioned  as the major agent in educating  children with increasing technological growth, urbanization and  the complexity of life in an ever expanding society, the family has come to play a lesser role in children’s education leaving much of the socialization task and process to more specialized agencies such as college as well as other inform agencies such as peers ,work place and the media .There fore provides an organizational frame work that will allow wider knowledge sources to fill the gap lefty the societies.
Providing strategies to the society members as  a means to combat existing educational challenges facing the society ,generally philosophers explain more about the school education should be reality within societies by seen the view that education provided removing the challenges facing societies but according some philosophers such as Emmanuel Kant state that education has to concentrate on combining study and social actions ,education should eliminate social problems. Another philosopher Karl max education has to promote positive thinking in the society.
Self actualization of society to the level of knowledge. Also education provided to school should be to identify and provided knowledge enough about the resources uses so as to removing the problems facing the societies directly according the philosophers nearer, Plato and so on.
Generally the school automatically removing the gap to the societies especially in Tanzanian people by looked very well the some view of philosopher exactly people become solved the problem facing by used educational knowledge.
