 Chicken farm is a farm which will focus on both egg and meat production. This product is a product used by the community in for improvement of heath.
Chicken farm consists of eleven divided contents that explain more about this Chicken farm .The marketplace of this product of meat and eggs will be located at Saba Saba Market. Objective of we projectis to provide better services to the people for provide meeat and egg in order to avoid diseases, creating employment opportunity and raising projectincome and earning profits to sustain business, in me with accurate budget of about 5,000,000/=

According to the project we have started with capital amount of 5,000,000 which we have loaned from bank nmb
Location, chiken fram will be located at Saba Saba Market. I have chosen this area for  project because this is area is populated area although it not high populated area but it is good area for conducting we  project. After doing we little research  have discovered that in that area there are no many chiken fram. So after discovered that I have decided and learning that area is good area for we business.

1.2 Project objectives

Firstly, to provide better services to the people that will help them to make good relationship among them and to increase the number of users by motivating them to use this product so that to prevent teeth to decay which caused by bacteria where it has become a problem in the society people sick about oral and dental.
Secondarily, employment opportunity; generally, these chiken fram shop will provide employment opportunities where by the most youths will gets employed in these chicken fram, so the aim of we project it is to provide employment to the youths who will supply products in different area as retailers/personal selling.
 Thirdly, to promote oral hygiene to the community that it is an abrasive that aids in removing dental plaque and food from the teeth
fwethly, to rise the project so as to achieve the goals of to do project frequently in order to
make profit that it will help to improve standard of living.

Before starting we business, I thought about this kind of business. What I thought is that in Mtwara region there is high population. But also in this region people sick about oral care and dental. But also thisit doesn’t has a sale season anytime it sells. So it will be advantageous for me if will establish the projectlike the chiken fram.

2.2.2 Market strategy

But also strategies are to supply these chiken frams after two to five years to come so as to expand we business. So I want to expand we project in all southern countries two to five years in come.

2.2.3 Pricing strategy.

 Chiken framdepends on the size and smallness of productconcern with price of product service depend on the cost of nature of the chiken fram as follows;

Chiken Fram plan to provide better services of egg and meat to all people from children to adults. Also our services are given for both customers who are high classes, middle classes and lower classes it depending their income concerning accordingly.

 In we project activities there several competitors around we project area, in order to succeed. In we project. we plan to provide better services to we customers, to provide discount and promotion that will attract customers to comes in we business, also to provide customer services by seeking the weakness of other competitors.

3.1 CHALLENGES FOR THE BUSINESS

There are some challenges occurs in this project plan its normal challenges as mentioned below.
·         The projectis done by many people; this means that many people engaging in participating in this kind of project so there is a possibility of getting low cinema per day. That is the one among the challenge that facing chiken fram in streets.
·         Popularly of some people; this means that there are some of the people are famous in this activities so because he/she is known by everyone it means even the customers also send to that person in order to be purchased. So this popularity makes others projector be stiff so popularity is another challenge for the chiken fram.
·         Due to the natural of product (chiken fram); sometimes it becomes difficult to sell regularly to the customers depending on one’s use so it takes a long time for a customer to come back for a promotion

3.1.1 Human resweces plan

Chiken fram shop expected to employ three employees. I have decided to choose the employees the following characteristics.
        i.            Employee must be mentally and physical health. This will help him/her to do well his duties and carrying some materials.
      ii.            Educated persons; in the level of education the employees should have at least the secondary level education. This will help him to communicate with different people who will be coming to need services and to define how to use chiken fram for those who needs more information.

Advisors are the one who gives me an advice on how to do in we business. We management advised by someone known as Mrs. Tumainiis anexpert of the chiken fram for 4 years now. She is employed person from her company known as Mrs.Tumatini chiken framshop at MikindaniMtwara so I get experience from her.

We can use money for different matter . We are starting with POL (point-of-lay), these are birds in their fourteen to twenty weeks of Age, (birds often start dropping their first egg from 22weeks to 24weeks of age). Advantage of acquiring Point Of Lay birds is the reduced risk. Prices of POL at press time ranges Tshs 5000 to Tshs 6000/bird. In budgeting for feeding, a bag cost about Tshs 15000  today and could feed 100birds for 3 days. A bird at good lay point generate between Tshs 7,000 to Tshs 8000/month as gross profit. This means that a flock of 100 laying birds could generate Tshs 800,000 profit per month; hence by implication 500 birds could generate Tshs 4,000,000month. At the end of the 3 months of lay, the spent layers would be sold for nearly the equivalent amount with which the POL is purchased.
With the broilers, we buy day old chicks that will mature into live chickens in 8 weeks after which another batch of day old chicks will be bought

3.5 Conclusion
