The national social security fund Act no. 28 of 1997 provides registration of both employers and employees. Section 11(1) of the Act provides that every employer, unless such employer has been registered under the existing fund. Shall registered with NSSF within one month. The period of one month begins upon the commencement of the Act or the date when the concerned person become the contribution employer.



The registration of employees is provided under section 11(6) of the Act. The section provided that every contribution employer who is registered by the NSSF shall register as an insured person. Every person who is an employee in his firm by notifying the direction general of the particulars of such employees as my be presented. The registered insured person automatically becomes a member of the fund.
Registration of an employer and employees must be done first before payments of contribution begins and the activity is accomplished of NSSF field office.

1.0:        INTRODUCTION

The national social security fund (NSSF) was established by the Act of parliament No 28 of 1997 to replace of defect national provident fund (NPF) NSSF is a compulsory scheme provide ding a wider range  of benefits which are based on internationally accepted standards.

            NSSF covers the following categories of employers and employees.
a)      Private sector which includes.
-companies.
                      -Non-governmental organization.
                      -Embassies employing Tanzanians
                       -International organization.
                        -Organized group in the information.
b)      Government ministries and departments
c)      Parastatol organizations
d)     Self- employed or any other employed person not covered by other scheme.
e)      Any other category as declared by the minister of labor.

SCHEME FINANCING
The scheme of financed through contribution the rate of 20% of employeessalary. The employers is required to deduct from employees gross salary amount of contribution not exceeding 10% of the employee’s salary. The amount adds the remaining balance to make the required contribution rate of 20%.




                                                     SCHEME INVESTMENT
NSSF is a fully funded scheme running under defined benefit principles. All funds collected are wholly invested for the purpose of financing benefit payments.

The schemes provides seven benefits which are categories as long term benefits and short term benefits as followings.

                                                LONG TERM BENEFIT/PENSIO

Person is a term which express as all long- term benefits after by the scheme. It defines periodical payments given to a retiredmember,invalid person and survivor person of the deceased members to replace the loss of invoice resulting from old age disability or death.







1.1:                 BACKGROUND OF NSSF
The national social security fund was established by Act of parliament NO 28 of 1997 to replace the

Registration of employees.
·         Statutory registration
All employees are regulated to register with fund immediately after setting up on establishment. Registration is completed by filling from NSSF/RIA which is available of any NSSF office through TANZANIA.
·         Registration of branches/departments.
Employers with branches or departments are not completed by low to register the branches/ department separately by they can do so if they wish. However it is advisable for such employers to registers those branches/departments separately for ease of direct communication between the members and the local NSSF office.
·         Change of employers particulars
Every registered contribution employers should notify the fund of any change of particulars such as name of employer, address, telephone number, fax, email, opening or closure of branches/ departments, business location, etc.
·         Transfer of business to another person.
When business of registered contributing employer are is handed over another employer, the employer if not registered, must be registered with the fund immediately.
·         Closure employers business.
In case any employer closes down business, the employer is required to notify the nearest NSSF office after closure by latter so that the fund can assess and adjust record in respect of the closed business.

In MASASI District, national social security fund has seven of employees where buy they o work in

    In accountancy office have two employers which they have professional of accounting. They work
Hard on their categories and they have been active every time on their work section of accounting. Thy
Called MR MWITA and MR SAIDI.
           In compliance office have two employers which they have confidence from their work and they
Have been very actively during to provide customer care .Also these employers they involved to convince
Peopletoo joined of NSSF and members come to contribute the amount where they have not to fill to
The particular months.
      In administration office have one employer where they have been very actively to her work .Bt also
She is very fast during a customers or member of NSSF interred in the organization and she provide good
Customers care services. She is called STELLA HAMISI is a only human in the national social security fund
Of MASASI.
                In benefit office also have only one employers where they have very actively and fast to
Provide services to the member.  Also is called STELLAH HAMISI she is a strong human and smart
Human. She is a very confidence on her section. But also use good language to a customers and other
She is not delays, she is not bully type, chatter box and hesitant but she is professional employers.
                 In office manager it has one employer where is called Mr.Mwasha, is a manager of NSSF
Masasi. Also done his work actively and passively. Also he control all work which done in NSSF Masasi 
And control well other employers in the NSSF Masasi. But also he used roles and regulation tocontrol
Other employers and his self.so all employers from NSSF Masasi they shown good corporation to me and

1.4;          ACTIVITY PERFORMED

In NSSF organization I have been performed different work but the following are the work which I have

        i.            COMPLIANCE ACTIVITIES
The compliance activities is the one activities which I have done in NSSF. The compliance office is
the back bone of NSSF because when memberstay want to registered in NDDF they must come first in
Complianceoffice. So the compliance office it done many work. Also I have done work in compliance
Officeat least two weeks which are first week and second week. But the following are the activities
Which performed in compliance office/ activity.

·         Registration of new members.
I have larger experienced of registered of new members of NSSF. So when an individuals are

Want to join with NSSFmust come first in compliance office for completed of form of joined

Inorder to be a member of national social security fund. So that when com to registered

You must carry a passport size and vote ID or national ID to avoid indifferent names.

·         Registration of social health insurance benefit.( SHIB)
A member after finish to registered and gated number of member (NSSF number) and him/her
Contributed at least three (3) month for amount started (20000) and contributed he/she   can
Registered to join with social services (SHIB) they must come with three passport size. If
Hershel married they wanted to come with three passport size of each and card of married.
  But also members if they have children’sat least four and not continue. Also they wanted to come
With three passport size and card of birth for each children’s. So if a members they completed these,
They gate health services for hospital which they are choice for him/her and dependent persons
·         This office also it make sure the contribution of members.
Also the compliance office it make sure a members they must contribute of every month for the
Amount of 20,000/= TSH and continue so when a member he/she not come to contribute the
Employees of this office will go to the members in order to remembered about contribution of
Particular month and particular amount. But also if a members they contribute every month, the
Compliance officer is recorded this contribution in order to remember the amount where by
Contributed and month where not contributed.

·         This office also it provides advice to the members of national social security fund.
If members they have any question and problems about NSSF they must see first compliance 
Officerbeforeall. This office it will advisea member well and clearly in order to build your future. The
Complianceofficer also done to recovery card of B=NSSF which is different mistakes like a different
Names of NSSF names and other ID mistakes.
·         But also this office it recover duplicate cards.
Duplicate cards are cards which is done mistakes of names and number of NSSF, it must apply
Duplicate card in order to fix problems where happen on this cards and provide new cards but
Which is unmistaken of any type the members must complete another form unordered to apply another
Card and must carry old cards, and latter from the court and passport size. It happen mistake of
Names.

      ii.            ACCOUNTING ACTIVITIES
The accounting office as an office which consist of current of money of members .it must pass in
Accounting office. The accountant of office is I have done work for one week, so I have large
Experience of this work accounting for the time which have done on that office.


 The following are the activities which have done in the accountant office.
·         RECORDING OF BOARD REPORT OF NSSF.
Board report is a report which consists all amount where by organization NSSF used. For example
Organization buy pump machine of water, Building of particular place of NSSF buy of tables, payment of
Water bill, pay me of electricity and other uses which done by organization and this report send to the
Headquote. It help to understand which amount spend for a particular months.

·         Preparation of contribution report and recording for the month Jan 2019.
The contribution report is a report which consists all amount received in organization from the
Members of NSSF. All amount received for cash and claque it recorded in contribution report. This
Report it used to under stood which amount of money was contributed for particular month. For
Cash and bank collection.


·         Opening trial balance for the month of Jan 2019.
Trial balance is an all balance which happen in organization the balance it can be patty cash balance,
Electricity balance, generatorbalance, transport balance, repair balance and other balances. The
Trial balance shows main balance for the particular months. The balance as high or low.
    iii.            BENEFIT ACTIVUTIES.
Benefit is the amount of money where by a members they contributed and they needed in order to
Comperes their future on this office benefit are divided into different type. But main is long term
Benefits and short term benefits. Long term benefit it consists Retirement, old age, invalidity and short
Health insurance benefit and funeral.

The following are the activities which performed in benefits.
·         Opening crime benefit.
Crime benefit is the benefit for the person or voluntary which have retired to
Contribute amount of money of every month which opened from the condition of economic or the persons or
Employees which by they stop work, or the employees which have pregnancy, also employees which
Have gate injury from his works.

·         Preparation of manual checking. (MC).
Manual checking is the act of searching contribution of members where by unseen from

His/her BNSSF statements. It search from his/her file for the month which unseen in

Statements. This it help to know well about statements and how the different of bank

Statements and NSSF statements.


·         It received members and visitors.
Also benefit it performed the work of received members and customer care. Whine a

Members /visitors come to the NSSF I have received to smooth language, alsohelp for

Problems where by consists of NSSF, whereby I know but if don’tknow. I provide question

To the employees whereby he or she know that.






                         1.5:         LEVEL OF TECHNOLOGE.

In this organization of national social security fund. The technology is high (larger technology).the
Technology which used in this organization in increase the efficient of work to the employees. In
Registration of members it used the technology of finger print and passport size of members. And their
Signature was scanned by using scanner in order to attach to form of registration.

In organization computer it used wireless network the type of wireless network is called WIFI. WIFI it
Help to used network directly without barriers and connected directly to the organizations computers.
But also in this organization it have lamination machine for protect some documents of members of
National social security fund. Also in organization use technology of printing of words in another papers
In order to change from soft copy to hard copy.

In NSSF organization also it used the technology of national social security fund for provide copy of their
Identity cards (ID). It they wanted to provide copy without any payments.
But also in organization use technologyof tables telephones in every office. In order to reduce the
Movement of employees from one office to another and from one region to another region to avoid
Thebusesb of need solution .the national which used in tables telephone is Tanzania telecommunication 
Limited (TTCL).

Also the national social security fund it used the technology of electricity. In this organization it used
Electricity for three line. But also Transcoit happen problems, the organization has buy a generator of
electricity  automatic , when a large generator  of Transco is get infection the automatic  generator it will be open and the electricity will be done for every time in the organization.
But also in accountancy office it use the receipt machine. When a member s come to pay a contribution
Their receipt it printed in printer of receipt in order to store a remember of transactions. BUT also it use
Ofclaques toreceived and pay of pension to the members and used of bank technology to received and payment of members of national social security fund.
But also I used the technologic of uses of freezer to change water from low ice to high ice and from
Highice to low ice. And electricity jug in order to cooling the water and cooking food to employers.
Also it used motor pump of water into tank of water to the toilet. Also it used postal office as a place of
Sending file hard copy to the head quote of the national social security fund.
But also social security fund it used car for moving from one place to another for transport to the
Semester and other. Car it simplify work to the employees of national social security fund NSSF. Also it
Used television and newspapers as a source of information of technology and our nation.

















1.6:           CUSTOMERS.
In national social security fund NSSF. The customers is a lot because every person they want to build
Their future but the customers in this organization they seen when they need help from employees and
During payment which happen from end of month. But also it have seen many different of customers
From his organization those customer which are:-

·         Chatter box customers.
Chatter box customers are the customers which have speak a lot but not to act which the good
His/her speak, but also this customers whereby I have seen is this organization they have no
Confidence and know it all for the moment they does not understand. So the customers like this 
Am a professional so I was stand in professional distances. But also I provide help as a profession
Employee.

·         Bully type customers.
Bully type isanother customers which I have seen in this organization. Bully type is a customers
Which have no confidence, for the things which they done, But also they know it all for the
Moment does not know anything from National social security fund. But also speak a lot of things
But does not acts and they don’t want to under stood things which say to their.

·         Hesitant customers.
Hesitant customers is the another customers which have no confident for the everything he/she
Done. But also he /has have very angry, Also these customers they don’t to understood the things
Which you tell him there. So that customers like these, you want to stay your distances as a
Professional because this behavior it affect their organization and to yourself. So as a professional
Stay your professional distance.
But also I saw the professional customers on this organization. Professional customers are the
Customer which they have no angry and have many of confidenceverythin which done on every
Thing, they have no speak very a lot of words and without actions. But also does not show as
He/she know a lot of things.
On national social security funds this customers they have a lot like that, and help the efficient
Of work in this organization employees. The customers like happy from their faces and in theta
Hearts. Because they see person where by a use good language and but not show any distance in the
Organization.
But also in NSSF all customers they have been gate equal services and (CUSTOMER CARE). In order
To all customers they come have to build their future. So all customers is equal and they was gated
Equal caring and services.














1.7:          STRATEGIC DIRECTION OF NSSF
The direction of social security fund is to build your future. So that the national social security fund it established the benefits which used to members of national social security fund which are;-

i.                    Old age pension /benefit.
The main objective of the retirement’s pension is to guarantee income security toelderly members by providing period payment.
                        The qualification of old age pension
-Attainment of compulsory pensionable age of 60 or early retirement of 55-59 years.
-Must have made at least 180 monthly contribution to the fund. The ILO social security convention No
102 of 1952(minimum standard convention) stipulates a maximum qualifying period of 30 years of
Contributions. However, under the NSSF the qualifying period has been set at 15 years or 180 months.
-The ILO convention set transactional provisions to person termed” late age entrants “to receive basic
Pension for shorter qualifying periods as indicated below.

                        Monthly pensions for qualifying members.
-Initial lump sum paid immediately before starting pension which is equal to 25% of the calculate annual pension time 12.5.
-Old age special lump sum for non-qualifyingmember’si.e. total contributions plus interest
-Minimum pension is 40% of the lowest sectorial statutory minimum wage.
-Maximum pension is 72.5% of the annual pensionable emoluments.

ii.                  Invalidity pension
Invalidity pension is paid to an insured pension who has lost at least 2/3 of his/her earning capacity due
to physical or mental in ability as certified by their medical board.


                                                               Qualifying condition.
-Certification by the medical board that the insured person has lost at least 2/3 of his or earning capacity.
-Has made 180 monthly contributions or at least 36 contribution out of which 12 have been made to the
Fund immediately before the accuracy of the invalidity.
- Must be under pensionable age.

                                                   Benefit payable
The determination of the amount payable is the same as for old age pension but additional percentage
Above 180 credits is 10%. The benefit payable are also the some as old age that is monthly pension
Initiallump sum and invalidity special lump sum for non-qualifying members as explained above.


iii.                SURVIVORS PENSION.
SURVIVORS PENSION IS PAOD TO A SPOUSE AND/OR CHILDREN OF THE Deceased insured person
Under 18 or 21 years. If in full time education. If a deceased insured person had no surviving spouse and
Children, the pension shall be paid to parents and if all are not around a family members will be paid in
According with the inheritance law of Tanzania.

                                  Qualifying condition.
The survivor pension shall be paid to dependents if of the time of the death the insured person.
-Had attained pensionable age and had filed a claim for which he/she had qualified for old age pension.
-Was entitled to invalidity pension if he/she has suffering from invalidity.



                         Benefit payable.
The determination of the amount payable is the same as for old age pension but the additional
Percentage above 180 credits is 1.0%.The benefit payable are also the same as in the old age scheme
Which are monthly pension, initial lump sum and survivors special lump sum for non-qualifying
Survivors.

iv.                METARNITY BENEFITS.
Maternity benefit are payable to insured female members of the fund who is expecting confinement.

                                 Qualifying conditions.
-Must have made at least 36 contribution credits of which 12 credits must be immediately or before the
Expected week of confinement (EWC).
-Experts delivery of a child or has delivered child.
-Payable after every three years unless the pregnancy ended with a birth 0r if the child within the first
12 months.
-The claim of maternity benefit must be made from 20th week of pregnancy to 36th week or within 90
Days after confinement.

                     BENEFIT PAYABLE.
-          Maternity cash benefit.
   Payable for a period of twelve (12) week of the rate of 100% of average insurable dauilyearnings
(AIDE) determined from the last six months of insurable employment immediately prior to the 20th
Week of payments.
Payment is made one instalment is a claim is failed after delivery or two installments if maternity
Before delivery.
-maternity medical care.
Covers medical treatment costs for ailments directly related to pregnancy treatment period begins
From the 24th week of pregnancy and ends 48 hours after confinement or seven days in case of a
Caesarean delivery treatments are made by a credited medical providers.


v.                  FUNERAL GRANT
Funeral grant is paid as reimbursement to a family member who insured burial expenses

(Costs) for a deceased NSSF insured person.


                     Qualifying condition.
-The decreased must have been an active insured person of the time of death.
-The deceases must have made at least one condition to the fund.
-There must be an expense insured for the burial of an insured person.
-The claim for funeral grant must be made within 100 days from the date of death.

                             Benefit payable.
Reimbursement of funeral cost is made on the bases of actual cost incurred but does not exceed the
Celling set by the board of trustee from time to time.
After payment of funeral grants the member is also entitled to survivors benefit as explained above.

vi.                EMPLOYMENT INJURY BENEFITS.
The   benefit is paid to an insured person who sustains injury or contracts occupational diseases as a
Result of his/her employments.

                                                            Qualifying conditions.
-The member must have been registered by the fund as an insured even if no contribution was remitted.
-The members must be incapacitated or disabled as a result of his/her employment in yhe cause of his /
Her employment.

                 BENEFIT PAYABLE
Ø  Cash benefit.
-Thetempolary disablement benefit (TDB)

The benefit payable is 60% the arrange insurable body earning (AIDE) determined from the

Last six months contributions period to the month of accident/diseases.

-Payment disablement benefit (PDB)

This is payable after contribution from the medical board that the member has suffered a
Permanent disability of the rate of 100%. The amount payable is 70% of the average insurable

Monthlyearning determined from the last six month of contribution prior to the month of

Accident / diseases.



Ø  Provision of artificial limbs.

Order to enable to ensured person to resume work or gain improved rehabilitation the fund

Providers artificial limbs if deemed necessary which are available in the country on the

Recommendation of an approved medical doctor.


Ø  Death benefit
Where an insured person died as a result of employment injury before a claim for employment injury
Benefit is filed, the disability will be assumed to have been 100% and survivor will be pay a pension
Equal to 60% of the deceased persons average insurable monthly earnings.
If the survivor are eligible to another survivor benefit under the NSSF Act, they shall be entitled to receive benefit that is higher of the two or more.


SOCIAL HEALTH INSURANCE BENEFIT (SHIB)
Insured person, spouse and up to four children include biological and legally adapted below 18 or 21
Years if in full time education.

Qualifying condition.
-          At least 3 months contribution.
-          Three months access of services after stop page of contributions.
-          6% deduction of pensions for pensioners willing to join after retirement.

The objective of the investment s policy is to guide the board of trustees in its investments

Decision making. The policy aims at maximizing income from various investments of the fund,

But also the organization is nonprofit organization and provide serviced to the people without to need
Anyprofit fro that the organization it  stand for in order to build your future of today and other days. Its
Aside on each particular financial year fund sets aside at least 75 per cent of its investible fund for
Investment purpose. The remaining 25% is used for benefit payments and administrative and capital
Development expenditure. The criteria governing the NSSF invests are yield, safety, liquidity,

NSSF.  So the members of NSSF ware be free / fill happy when he/she get his/her money when they
Finished time of work in the particular organization or place.  So NSSF is very importance to every
Personsin order to build your future and problems which happen latter. So NSSF was successful for that.




CHPTER TWO.
INTRODUCTION.
On placement in organization  I will explain the section as following, Activities performed, description of task sand duties, work environment, measuring demand of assigned tasks, problems which faced to me during to work in the particular organization, solution for the problem faced, expectation and the result of solving problems, new things learned on that organization, gap in theory, employment potential and relevant of attachment. But all things is performed in NSSF organization.


ACTIVITIES PERFORMED.
        i.            COMPLIANCE ACTIVITIES
The compliance activities is the one activities which I have done in NSSF. The compliance office is
the back bone of NSSF because when member stay want to registered in NDDF they must come first in
 Compliance office. So the compliance office it done many work. Also I have done work in compliance
Office at least two weeks which are first week and second week. But the following are the activities
Which performed in compliance office/ activity.

      ii.            ACCOUNTING ACTIVITIES
The accounting office as an office which consist of current of money of members .it must pass in
Accounting office. The accountant of office is I have done work for one week, so I have large
Experience of this work accounting for the time which have done on that office.

 The following are the activities which have done in the accountant office.
·         RECORDING OF BOARD REPORT OF NSSF.
Board report is a report which consists all amount where by organization NSSF used. For example
Organization buy pump machine of water, Building of particular place of NSSF buy of tables, payment of
Water bill, pay me of electricity and other uses which done by organization and this report send to the
Head quote. It help to understand which amount spend for a particular months.

·         Preparation of contribution report and recording for the month Jan 2019.
The contribution report is a report which consists all amount received in organization from the
Members of NSSF. All amount received for cash and claque it recorded in contribution report. This
Report it used to under stood which amount of money was contributed for particular month. For
Cash and bank collection.

    iii.            BENEFIT ACTIVUTIES.
Benefit is the amount of money where by a members they contributed and they needed in order to
Comperes their future on this office benefit are divided into different type. But main is long term
Benefits and short term benefits. Long term benefit it consists Retirement, old age, invalidity and short
Health insurance benefit and funeral.

The following are the activities which performed in benefits.
·         Opening crime benefit.
Crime benefit is the benefit for the person or voluntary which have retired to
Contribute amount of money of every month which opened from the condition of economic or the persons or
Employees which by they stop work, or the employees which have pregnancy, also employees which
Have gate injury from his works.

·         Preparation of manual checking. (MC).
Manual checking is the act of searching contribution of members where by unseen from

His/her BNSSF statements. It search from his/her file for the month which unseen in

Statements. This it help to know well about statements and how the different of bank Statements and NSSF statements.

·         It received members and visitors.
Also benefit it performed the work of received members and customer care. Whine a

Members /visitors come to the NSSF I have received to smooth language, also help for

Problems where by consists of NSSF, whereby I know but if don’t know. I provide question

To the employees whereby he or she know that.


DESCRIPTION OF TASKS.
The description of tasks in  NSSF organization is very good, for first week I was done work in the compliance office which involve of registration an opening forms of SHIB and advice members. The second week I was done work in the accounting office which involved to receive contribution and all payment from the members and to the members and uses in the board. But also third and fourth weeks I was done work in the benefit office and registration which involved to opening crime to the members of NSSF and customer care, manual checking of contribution to the members of NSSF.


  WORK ENVIRORNMENT.
The work environments is very good in this organization of National social security fund. Every
Employees ware shown highest corporation to me and helped me very high for every stage where I was
Don’t understand.
 But also work environments is good because this organization in have many equipment’s which to
Simplify work, mean that high technology uses of this organization and other thing. But also this
Organization it stay good potential areas in order to influence people to join in this organization s, for
The aim of to build to their future. But also the customers is very high in this organization and those
Customers is professional customers very higher than unprofessional customers in the NSSF
Organization.
MEASURING DEMANDS OF ASSIGNED TASKS.
The demand of assigned tasks is very high because many of people / members  they have registered in
this organization in order to build their future and unforeseen events, so that the members of National
social security fund NSSF are very actively and they needed helped quickly, so that according to that the
demand of assigned task is very high. Also members of  NSSF is very higher and every stage



PROBLEMS WHICH FACED IN THIS ORGANIZATION.

Problems in this organization in this organization have not a lot to happen but the some problems. It
Happen in this organization,but the following are the problems which faced to me in this organization
Which are;-
·         Some members of NSSF are bully type.
The members of NSSF are bully type, the bully type members are the members which are not
Confidence, also they speak a lot but not action, but also they very angry to the employees of National
Social security fund. And this members use bad language to the all employer and to me.
·         Unbeliever me some members of NSSF.
Some members of NSSF when asking a question to me and answered some of them are not believe
Some the answers. This situation is faced to me a lot and some of them are chatter box and bully type. So This problems it cause to feel unhappy sometime on this organizations.
·         Technology
On this organization level of technology is very highest in order simplifywork. So level of Technology on this organization according to my side is very problem is happen is the place Uses of computer in deep. And some of programs I was don’t see and uses but on this Organization are absent.Some of members of NSSF are speak a lot and not action. And provide very angry to me. So this Problems is affected to me and it caused I was feel unhappy to the organizations.  So this Problems are affected very to me on this organizations.
     SOLUTION OF PROBLEMS WHICH FACED.
·         Stay in my professional distances.
So when a members of national social security fund ware shown a bully type to me but me I stay in my
Distance professional I want to solve their problems and earning to them in order to their feel happy.
But also I provide good customer services to them and speak good language, Also I heapedthem and
Provide prompt services to them.

·         I was done work for higher confidence in order to  inform NSSF members that am a professional
Employers .
When a members of NSSF shows this situation to me on this week.So buy using this ways the Membersof NSSF they are believed to me and shows High Corporation to me on this Organization.


·         Don’t it personal this problems which faced.
All problems which faced to me from the members, I don’t take it as personalproblems but itThroughout and I was continue with other activities in this organization so I was successful to Solve this problem by using this ways on the NSSF organization.


·         I was needed help for the things ifI wasdon’t understood.
During the done work on this organization through / by using technology, I was done but if an Available place which I don’t understand I was needed help from other employers of National Socialsecurity fund. But also accordingly for the time which I have stay in this organization, I Havebeen understood of some things of technology in the offices.


EXPECTATION AND THE RESULT.
The result of solution of problems which faced to me after stand in my side or stand in professional distances is the members of NSSF they ware believe me that you are a professional and always they share with me idea and their problems about NSSF. But also they ware enjoy my services and the way I was provide the customer care (handling). All in all according to my ways which used to solve challenges/problems I was successful to use and to solve the problems to the members of NSSF.
NEW THINGS LEARNED.
On NSSF Organization there are many new things which learned to me. But  the following are the new things learned to me in the NSSF MASASI which are , the uses of Microsoft excel program during to account money. The opening of petty cash book and its meanings, preparation of board report , preparation of contribution report, recording and meaning of value added tax VAT , preparation of trial balance , preparation of balance sheet, opening of social health insurance benefit(SHIB), preparation of chaque and opening crime benefits.



GAP IN THEORY.
The gaps in theory and practical is relevant some things are not relevant , The things which are relevant from the theory and practical is the handling of customers, chatter box customers , bully type customers and hesitant customers so according from that the customers are divided into two profession and unprofessional (difficult customers). Difficult customers are the customers whereby they are not confidence, speak a lot but not action and easy yes yes. But also the things which are not to be relevant in the theory is opening crime , preparation of board report and preparation of contribution report, recording of VAT, preparation of manual checking  opening of SHIB.


EMPLOYMENT POTENTIAL
On this organization the employment potential is very high according to the employees which done work in that organization, but also the employment of this organization is very difficult according to the many of people they were not confidence, customer care and low of education. So for that reasons the employment on that organization is very difficult. Except to the people which they have a lot of confidence, customer care, high level of education and skills of done work in the different organization.

RELEVANCE OF ATTACHMENT.
The relevant of attachment on that organization is very good but some but something is not good. In that organization the attachment of business administration is very good according to that office is involved as business and all activities or many activities on that organization is relevant to my attachment of faculty of business administration, so that it’s relevant of attachment was successful.


CHAPTER THREE.
INTRODUCTIONt
On this chapter I will explain about the  things which have done on the organization of NSSF MASASI district , the things which are level of information technology infrastructure, it integrated tasks, it challenges experienced , customer handling , exposure level and conclusion.



                                                                                                
LEVEL OF IT INFRASTRUCTURE.
In this organization of national social security fund. The technology is high (larger technology).the
Technology which used in this organization in increase the efficient of work to the employees. In
Registration of members it used the technology of finger print and passport size of members. And their
Signature was scanned by using scanner in order to attach to form of registration.

In organization computer it used wireless network the type of wireless network is called WIFI. WIFI it
Help to used network directly without barriers and connected directly to the organizations computers.
But also in this organization it have lamination machine for protect some documents of members of
National social security fund. Also in organization use technology of printing of words in another papers
In order to change from soft copy to hard copy.

In NSSF organization also it used the technology of national social security fund for provide copy of their
 Identity cards (ID). It they wanted to provide copy without any payments.
But also in organization use technology of tables telephones in every office. In order to reduce the
Movement of employees from one office to another and from one region to another region to avoid
Thebusesb of need solution .the national which used in tables telephone is Tanzania telecommunication 
Limited (TTCL).
IT INTERGRATED TASKS.
The IT integrated is the tasted tasks is the task which are done through the IT on this office, it have a printer of paper from soft copy to hard copy, also it has scanner to change from hard copy to soft copy of words, picture and etc. the uses of computer in order to simplify work from uses of effort to uses of mental, it has jug of burning water from low pleasure to high pleasure, it have freezer to change water in order to simplify work in the organization.

IT CHALLENGES EXPERIENCED.
The challenges which experienced and happen in the organization is the uses of some things of technology in that organization, like the uses of Microsoft excel , the uses of WIFI and the preparation of accounting in the computer by using excel.  On this organization level of technology is very highest in order simplify work. So level of Technology on this organization according to my side is very problem is happen is the place Uses of computer in deep. CUSTOMER HANDLING.
The customers handling on that organization is very good to the customers, when a customers inter in the organization  the employees of this organization and me comes to the customers and said welcome Mr./Mrs./miss etc. and started to provide services  what he/she want to helped on this organization. In order to provide that all customers when they want to get copy or any papers or water, on this organization is available all things it provide without  money . so that the handling of customers  in this organization is very higher to the members of national social security fund NSSF.


CONCLUSION.
This organization it have a lot of technology and at least many things  or office , they uses of IT technology and the challenges of technology is too small according from that.  So that this customers it simplify work by using technology and some of employees they have a lot of skills of done work in that organization. So this organization it successful for that.

CHAPTER FOUR.
INTRODUCTION.
On that chapter I will explained the things which I was performed and I saw on that organization of national social security fund NSSF. The section which I will be explain is lessons learned in that organizations and recommendations.


LESSON S LEANED.
On the national social security fund (NSSF) I was leaned and my skills developed about the uses of Microsoft excel during to work accounting and to done work in the mathematical areas. Also I was gain the thing about printing papers and scanned words from hard copy to soft copy. So that the sills is developed to use of  computer  and  the way of counting things by using a computer, According  for that my knowledge  and skills is developed a lot from that. But also the language which used to the customers, the way of handling a customers and other.

KNOWLEDGE GUINED.
The knowledge which gained from the NSSF is to register the members of NSSF and the way of opened form of social health insurance benefit (SHIB). But also on that organization I was gain the knowledge about accountancy of money and preparation of report in the particular business. So that on that organization also I was gain the knowledge about the uses of scanner, laminator and printer when you want to change from hard to soft copy and soft to hard copy. So that these knowledge I was added confidence to me and ability to do work in the different office or areas. So I was gained a lot of that is good things.








LIMITATION.
The organization it have many limitation in order to provide good services and to grow their organization one of limitation is dressing, they want to dress office clothes and not club clothes like jeans, t- shirt and other club clothes. Also time of coming in the office and the uses of good language to the customers, when a customer’s inter in the office, you want to use good language and handling the customers in the organizations. But also love for others is a one thing which limited to the organization in order to protect and to grow the organization.
