How Arusha decleration leadership ethics affect Tanzania development?.

Arusha decleration passed on January 29th, 1967 in Arusha city under first president of Tanzania Mwalimu Julius Kambarage Nyerere who summarized Tanzanians commitment to socialism and self reliance. The document was originally written by Julius Nyerere who served as the first president of state from British colonialism between 1961 up to 1985. The Tanganyika African national union (TANU)  the major political party before and after the independence helped to establishment of principles which guided the decleration. In the early of 1980 there are some capitalists in Tanzania who challenged the document supporting a decleration emphasis self reliance, frugality and self danial. The concept of ujamaa was the center piece of the social and economic growth program where by declaration also included a leadership code to promote equality which leaders to shaped into ethics
Ethics as the branch of knowledge that deals with the moral principles or is the moral principles that govern a personal behavior or conducting of an activity.
Arusha decleration of 1967 leadership ethics affect Tanzania development due to the following ways.
Arusha decleration leadership ethics influences major means of production to be under control of peasant and worker. In case of land, forests, transport and communication network, banks have owned by peasants and leaders through their ethics guided they should follow this approach. Therefore through major means of production to be under peasants influences national development because situation lead majority to engage into Agro business which became agents of basic needs to the families like as food, shelter and clothes because of income gained also forest become source of tourism within the state which lead foreign income. Therefore without Arusha decleration may be  major means of production would be under control of minority
Arusha decleration lead absence of exploration, due to Arusha decleration announced self reliance for every man and no need of exploitation because all human being are equal and no one above the law this situation lead leaders to promote ethics of democracy on the working areas and to swept a way issues which are relating to exploitation like receiving corruption. Therefore through ethics of leadership to swept away exploitation of man by man it promotes internal development of the state
Arusha decleration realized that any government leader should be no way to associate with capitalism or feudalism, this situation promoted ethics to the leadership system within the state leaders were and have working hard rather than depends on the peoples ( peasants) or they uses their salary to control their daily lives like buying Of basic needs such as food, shelter and clothes also to use their salaries to buy their own land which brings escaping feudalism system but before Arusha decleration since 1961 there are some leaders who administrating state through capitalist theories like power monger, exploitation of the natural resources and monopoly of the land and number of corrupt government workers increased which lead Tanzania to under go underdevelopment but since 1980 even there a some people who have just to oppose Nyerere document of Arusha decleration due to they on moment of capitalism but they failed and joined together at Nyerere's principles of self reliance so all leaders become into ethics of self reliance which promotes national development.
Arusha decleration brings idea of human have the right to own properties. Like farm, house, shop, motovehicles like bus, car but through personal efforts if leaders may got those properties through using public material like minerals or through any kind of corruption the properties should be nationarizing ( under control of government)  this situation promotes leaders ethics due to they uses there own salary for gain those properties without engagingly on negative issues to national properties also if they get holiday in case of teachers high number of them engages on agriculture which promotes national development.  Therefore Arusha decleration to the side of leadership through every body to have ability of owning properties shaped them into ethics of respective any individual materials like hotels, farm which brings National and individually development.
Through Arusha decleration it brings ethics to democracy, since 1980 government becomes of the people to the people by the people where by every things conducted on goverenment offices become transparencies and leaders were accountability which influences in 1992 Tanzania state to adapt multiparty system election so emphersis democracy within the state. This situation promotes leaders ethics due to they working by respective, like improving social services such as school, hospital, water service, transportation network such as roads because after five years all members of parliament and president engage into general election for votes so if they done poor matters during their administration they will follow down. So Arusha decleration through promotion of democracy ethics to the administration system brings National development.
Arusha decleration through the concept of socialism beliefs all human beings are equally even a leaders. This documentary brings ethics to a leadership system because approach refuse leaders to harassmenting others who are not in power this situation bring personal struggles for his or her own development without interaction with government officers which brings development within our nation of Tanzania.
Therefore, Tanzania leadership ethics contrribute more in the development of the country due to the fact that it play a major role in developing this countries like the abolition of certain programme which undermine our development, also to introduce many issues which until today fight for our development from small level up to the high level so this seems to undergo rapid development in Tanzania.
