Erroneous conscience can be referred as an action of judging a particular action as to whether is good or bad or According to Catholic conscience erroneous can be referred as judgment of the practical reason which decides that a particular action is in conformity with or opposition to God's law, that if one is said to have an erroneous conscience, it may be with or without fault and if it is without his own fault he does not since by following mistake on there upon, however in regards to the commandments of God, no person of ordinary intelligence can be ignorant without his own fault.

For example, it is assumed (every one) knows murder is against the commandments, therefore would be wrong regardless of what lack of or mistaken the knowledge person has. Further erroneous conscience, one of the common sense suppositions that moral judgements are true or false and that the other hand it is morally right to follow and wrong to disobey one’s conscience, seem to be faced with a paradox in ethics, that someone kinds of conduct are morally right while are wrongful and blameworthy, it is presupposed in discourse an in conscience itself.

Another example of erroneous conscience in Tanzania society is where it happens that, a certain poor is helped or received benefits from an important person who has committed a crime about which he knows, therefore can he witness and tell the truth in court, the answer would be no since the poor received some benefits from criminal doer and he will not be ready to testify against him in spite of fact therein.

Another example of erroneous conscience most of persons are exercising corruption while they actually know that corruption is wrongful act but is presumed to be good act. Also erroneous conscience can be taken into consideration to those who killing albinos upon they believe that killing them would bring them about success or they will become Rich persons, on this group is not good act all is matter of deprive one’s life but because of erroneous act they turn bad act to be good act for their own benefits.

Generally, Erroneous conscience sometimes people act out of their desire simply because of huge ignorant mentally upon thinking what is good what is bad.
