  Development ,is the process that creates growth progness positive change or the addition of physical economic , environmental and social or is the process of gradual change from one place to another. The following using your society of original choose two obstacles that hinder them to the developmentand provide solution of it .these are; 


1.Poor leadership

Refer to a lack of effective management and direction from a leader in a team setting. This carmanifest their in various ways ,such as a lack of clear goals ,poor communication ,lack of accountability ,and a lack of support for team members.but solution of poor leadership in focus on result and solutions the leaders must create .remind her of her strengths and motivations to help her gain confidence. Help her set detailed goals that include measurable milestones and reasonable deadlines . If feasible ,provide additional resources or manpower necessary to help the leader.

2. Multidisciplinary needs

Is simply a diverse group of professional working together .the MDT would aim to deliver person contred and coordinated coording care and support for the person with care needs or is a method of curriculum integration that highlights the diverse perspectives that different disciplines can bring to illustrate a theme, subject or issue. but solution of multidisciplinary needs in ESE can draw upon the knowledge and experience of other disciplines not only to understand ethical issues to protect human partiepants. The entire software design and development process is affected by the impact of human organization ,and social issues . Collaboration with different disciplines is becoming nessary in order fully understand issues that do not obviously fall within the remet of software engineering practices.


Conclusion: an over of community development leads to the conclusion that leadership the primary key to success everything dependent on effective leadership.leaders must anticipate conflicts resistance to change.
