Participatory  planning  refer to the  process by  which a community undertake  to reach a given  social  economic  goal  by  consciously  diagnosing  it problems  and  charting  a course  of action  to resolve  those problem  and  plan can   be prepared to their technique .Through there is  no one  who  would  like  to participatein something  which  is  not  his/her own ship of such thing.
Participatory planning  is one  which stake  holder are  involved to show their  effectives  and inclusive  therefore participatory planning always should have strength and  weakness like  with strength and  ending  with weakness of  participatory planning 
Advantages
 Provide  a way of  solving  some  problem  encounter with  the  approach .This due  to the  facts  that  involment community in a certain  project  must give the member  of the  community to determine  the  weakness of  themselves  and  strength on on particular project thus from determine their weaknessut can help  can other  to have  best  solution  on existing  new project
 It enable  local people  to understand and  appreciate  the  aim for  the  project development  this  occur because  of fulfill participant  which  are  contributed  by community  in  creating  and  implementing  a particular project in the particular  area  thus often community showing  their contribution they come up with new vision  hence  the  development of project
It  promote  the way of  solving  problem  and  preventing  it because  during  tend to have  atendevy of creating  and defining  the way  which  would  be  used  to solve  a particular problem in wherever  case od such  problem would  be occurred  thus  through their particular  a community tend  to proposal the  best way  of  solving   such h problem  in a  project
It influence  the  great generatuin of  willingness for  stoke  holder  to manage  their  and  resource  on theirproject  because  in  participator  planning people  need enough  time of  giving  their project  will about  how  the  project  will be implemented  thus  through giving  their  suggestion influence the generatinof  willingness  because  their  good  view
It  allows for timely  analysisconclintercention  because  before  the establimentof project  the  community  rae  mostly needed  to  determine  to  what extend   and  to what  time   the community  would  participate full on successfulness of the project thus  community participation in planning tend  analysis  to actual  time   which  would  be used  in planning a certain  project (Edwin ag  2006)
 Small  scale  surveys are  done  on regula  bases  because  there  is  on regual  based  because  there  is  need  for  teaing  material on the  introduction of simple  local  planning  and  technique  that can used at village   level with  minimum need as  facilitator of  local  change the development  there  for  a planner  will to  share much  of planning  and  how  will to shore  much of planning   and  how   to conduct the  survey (carol dm et al life )
Participatory  planning  view  people  as  subject  because  any  success suffuly project in order  to grow  and  develop  and  sometime  community own ship and support of the  intervention of  information about   communityfustory polities  from about  bottom level  of  society 9asebayo  et  al 19990
Participatory  planning  increase  stake holder  commitment on the project  because   participatory planning is one  in  which  all  as key and  inclusive  way to plan and implement    the community intervention for development of plan.
Participatory planning  influence  community consulation by providing the important  location and specific information of the  community can  able to direct activities by reviewing and  approving  decision  about  how to monitor  and control  the project .
Participatory planning ensure  the  benefit  on the  project  local  community and  not something  that organization  or consual  tend  want  to do  this  is  due  to fact  that  any  project aims at strengthened the local organization  thus  with participatory  ensure  the  benefit.
Disadvantage of participatory planning
 Participatory planning  lack organization and coordination by  organization because  each member  of community  get willingness  of ralling  other participatory from different project planner .Thus  from  d this view  the organizer  fail  to get proper way of managing.
Participatory planning   influence  the  limiting  access  to public  transport to meet the need to meeting  because  participator planning always  depend  from the information  of community  thus  if  the  community  will not  willing  to participate  in  particular project  mostly  contribute to the  access of public  transport
Participatory planning  always  lack the  feedback  on the  input  this  this  means that participatory do not  in put this  means  that participatory do not explain  the achievement of the  project and mostly fies  on the  determining  the  objective  of  the  projects  in  a particular area
People  assessment of their  own condition can overlook their  objective s which  sometime  are  very  biased as  a result  condition and  its  always  outside  who  conduct  and  interpret the  result
Participatory  planning  are cost  intern  of money  and time  because   a lot  of money  can need  and  used  for  travelling  to the  meeting  about  the  particular or project  thus the  participate  always  demand  of the  daties of travelling 
 The  participant  always   believes  that  always believe  that there are  important  since  their  propose  some  idea  about  particular  project on the development  of their community something  which  is wrong because  any idea  which  prossed by any   people  are  needed to be (



Conclusion  Generally  the  participatory  planning  should  be seen  more  as  change  from  the  bottom up the  top down perspective  because with  participant  planning it help the  community to understand the needs and  prepare project team to be       with their needs.
