This part based on explaining on the principal of the policy of self reliance which introduced with the aim of moving the people of Tanzania from a state of poverty to a state of prosperity. Also add that we should not depend on money as only thing which can help us reach the development but we have to put more emphasize on self reliance where we can engage in agriculture industrial activities and other works in different sectors, but all this must succeed if people will work hard ,the use of intelligence, good leadership and good policies.

It add that it is not good to get many member while they are not in the chain of our principal of socialism so it is better to have small number of member but they are follow the principal because this will help to run this system in a good way . If any member need to join Tanu must accept this principle if he or she join and if do not follow will loss his or her chance of being a member of Tanu .This was done in order to get good leader’s who will full well this principle.

In doing so has specified the areas of public and areas of private enterprise, all this done so as to fight against poverty and for the freedom and self government of our people , it add that in this fight we van now welcome the enterprise of private sectors.

Therefore, Arusha declaration was a good policy which try to boost our Tanzania economy to develop from low to high but it failed due to the following thing one  among them is poverty which was all I’ve the country also due to the low level of education among the people due to ignorance also tribalism individualism also contributed to the fall of Arusha declaration also dis-unity among the people also corruption , so all this contributed to the collapse of Arusha declaration which introduced by Julius Kambarage Nyerere in 1967. So it is better to choose good economic policy and implement it well so as to archive it’s fruit of development.
