INTRODUCTION
Importance of community participation
Thank you chair person, VEO, village assemble, leads and gentle men   good morning all of you. Ok my name is Mohamed Abdulla   I’m  a community development officer, I’m hire in front of you to explain about an advantage of participation of community program.   Remember   that last year we have established various program those include Hospital, School, Road and football ground. So in order to achieve our goal on those programs and planning people should to participate to gather in physical mental and economical because all of that have more advantage for us.
                  In case of school; if we have a school our   children have get education without   confrontation or obstacles to all people so please and  please all people must be engage on contact school through team work in order to accomplish our goal in case of education for our children.
                Apart from that if we have a school it help to reduce number of ignorant in our environment because most of people get education and able read, writing and numerous that brought improvement    of economic from one stage to another stage. According to that we expected to construct  a school our selves on that area.
                Also though education  enable to eradicate poverty; because education it bring knowledge and skills of innovation and creativity  on different matter example  entrepreneurship and small business  people can use their education on advanced production.  Also source of employment though education people can get employment.  example teacher,  doctor  and other sectors that become very important to improve the life standard . According to that chance people should construct and participate on school building.
                 When we construct a school on our village it became source of income though rents be course they came new students from different part of country and they need house to live, make shore that  you participate effectively  to build a school
           Also in case of hospital people should be participate to gather  to construct a hospital in our village because every day  people have a sick, get injury and for pregnant mother . It became starvation and obstacles when hospital is fear with people. So people should a hospital  in order to avoid that cause for  the    who live at that area.
               It help people to get treatment for very quickly and faster  wherever there is eruption  diseases like chorea and  pangs  that very dangerous  for human but if there is hospital it became very easily to treat or fist aid  it  became very important for save a life of people.
               In case of road; is very important for our dairy life  because it lead to develop our village people came from different part of the county because the good road, so people should be participating on construct road in order to improve the living standard of the village.
              Through good road enable to urbanization of the village because people are pass through ever time then lead to development of economic activities example trade, trade must be increase because of more population across at that area. 
               INSUMMARY   all people should engage on community participation for all program that  we  expected to establish   in order to improve   the life standard on our environment.
