 Refer to the heading above, I am Sarah Bomani second year student (STE/BAED/164103) specialized  in  history  and Kiswahili , I request for presponding  field of first  year because  I was suffering  from nervous  system  which associated  with  paralyzing of the limbs .I informed  dean  of student  about my illness and  she give  permission  to go hospital for treatment but  I did not recovered early
            I request to conduct field in another time, the hospital evidence of my illness are attached behind this letter.
