Creative writing is any writing   that  goes  out the bound  of normal  professional, journalistic ,academic  or technical  forms  of  literature ,typically  identified by an emphasis  on narrative  craft ,character  development  and use  of literacy  tropes  or  with  various  traditions  of poetry  and  poetics .Due to the looseness of  the definition  ,it  is possible  for  writing  such as  feature stories  to be  considered  creative writing  even  though  they fall  under journalism  because  the  content  of  features  is  specifically focused  on narrative  and  character  development (Hayes  1980)
Conscious mind involves all of the things that you are current aware of and thinking about. The conscious minds consist of everything inside of our awareness. This is the aspect of our mental processing that we can think and talk about in a rational way. Also conscious minds are the part of your mind that is responsible for logic and reasoning.This includes such things as the sensation, perception, memories, feeling and fantasies inside of our current awareness.
Subconscious minds are the part of your minds responsible for all of your involuntary actions.The subconscious minds are very powerful in many ways. But if that power was left uncontrolled then it might not just be useless but it can actually work against you. The sub conscious minds can be manually.
According to my own view creative writing comes from subconscious mind because of creative writing use subconscious mind as is the place where ideas come from. Also the more you write without planning the better you get it and more interesting the work becomes whereby  the hidden logic can reveal itself while writing and all stories comes from subconscious mind. In this manner when the mind is freely to flow when writing there are many things which it deliverer in contrast when the mind is closed to certain things it may destruct the whole process in writing. The subconscious mind allows the flow of different ideas without planning which are successful in whole process of writing as is powerful because control what we think of ourselves, the world of yourself of beliefs and how our life works. So in the subconscious mind  is all place in the brain of human that conscious mind is not aware of it. It is the dream swirling underneath reality as it is powerful tool and one that's is necessary for human to exist and a writer with a good relationship with their subconscious mind create better more memorable stories
Generally; the use of voluntary (conscious) only it can not make a sense or a literary work to be fulfilled in effective way but the best way of creative work is the use of both conscious minds and sub-conscious minds but both should have been use effectively and properly.
